This course meets the HSE's criteria for a first aid at work qualification. The qualification lasts for three years.
Five to thrive (Early Years)
The London Borough of Havering has invested in a multi-agency training programme on the Five to Thrive approach. This one day training is free for all practitioners working with children and families in Havering.
Five to Thrive is an approach that promotes positive parenting and increases parental and practitioner confidence and self-efficacy. It describes a sequence of relational activities that build healthy brains in babies and young children, providing a bridge between current neuroscience research and everyday experience.
